Barnardo's Cymru Young Families Support Service
Young parents up to the age of 25 are able to participate in a group work programme which will help them acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to negotiate their transition to the adult world. Individual plans are developed for each young parent/family that outline their wishes and aspirations to achieve their potential in work, learning and family life.
Young Dads under the age of 19 are able to attend a course with their children that will help them acquire the skills necessary to become a positive role model.
